UFO eyewitnesses story, city Tula 2010

Russia, Tula, 2010. At the end of June, on a weekday, I was standing at a bus stop in the city center (Pirogov bus-stop on Sovetskaya Street). There were a lot of people around, rush hour.
My attention was drawn to several small planes in the sky, from which parachutists from a military unit usually jump. There was not a cloud in the sky. These planes were all flying in one direction and then circling around something. I looked closely and was shocked by what I saw.

In the distance, at a distance of about 1 km, a huge flying saucer hung in the sky. In shape, it resembled an inverted plate with hard edges and a flat base. The width of the plate is approximately the height of a 9-story building, about 30 meters. Its color was darker than the sky, but the outlines of the shape were very clearly visible. On a hot sunny day, objects in the distance seem to have a cloudy blue tint, so the real color of the object is not clear. A flying saucer was hanging over an old small stadium, next to which there was a park with a monument to the Great Patriotic War, where music and the sound of a beating heart are playing (on Demonstration Street).

At some point, the saucer, swinging from side to side like a pendulum, went down lower, hung and then rose up. Smaller objects, 3 balls glowing with white light, separated from the huge flying saucer.

Our planes tried to get closer to them, but when they flew closer, the balls instantly changed their position, as if teleporting a kilometer in the other direction and the chase continued.
There were many eyewitnesses. But unfortunately, I could not shoot a video on my old phone, there was no camera. Maybe other eyewitnesses filmed it.
I needed to go to exams and there was no time to observe further. But from the window of the educational institution I heard our planes flying, this lasted for about 2 hours. I waited impatiently for the weekly newspapers, the news. I waited for a week, two, a month. Silence. Why are they hiding this?
